Conventional wars mandate conventional armies that travel to the venues where conventional wars are fought between opposing forces. When the stronger force prevails, the terms of peace are dictated to the weaker force and everyone tries to get on with their lives.

However, the war going on between the Islamic world and the west isn't a conventional battle. Why? Because it's a religious war between those who get their marching orders from their holy book and secularists who don't believe in God. As such, it's a war that can't be fought the traditional way.

And yet that's precisely what the western world and its ignorant leaders are attempting to do. Western leaders believe that if ISIS--the current manifestation of violent Islamic fundamentalism--can be defeated in Syria and Iraq, the world will become a more peaceful place once again.

But that's a fallacy considering that the ideology that motivates ISIS and all Islamic terror groups is found in the Quran and the Hadith. And those books aren't limited to Syria and Iraq.

However, western leaders either can't or don't want to see that because recognizing the real problem involves facing up to reality. And when you recognize reality, you recognize that you have to make some extremely tough decisions.

Such as? Such as eliminating Islam from the world. Certainly, that sounds harsh and xenophobic. And yet, as the wise old philosopher once said; it is what it is. Thus, unless Islam is eliminated, the world will continue to experience trouble.

And so, if outlawing Islam sounds harsh and extremist, then how does this sound? This is taken straight from the Quran: Those who disbelieve follow falsehood, while those who believe follow the truth from their Lord... So, when you meet (in fight Jihad in Allah's Cause), those who disbelieve smite at their necks till when you have killed and wounded many of them, then bind a bond firmly (on them, i.e. take them as captives)... If it had been Allah's Will, He Himself could certainly have punished them (without you). But (He lets you fight), in order to test you, some with others. But those who are killed in the Way of Allah, He will never let their deeds be lost. (Sura 47:3-4)

Here's one from the Hadith (Sayings of Muhammad): He (the Messenger of Allah) did that and said: There is another act which elevates the position of a man in Paradise to a grade one hundred (higher), and the elevation between one grade and the other is equal to the height of the heaven from the earth. He (Abu Sa'id) said: What is that act? He replied: Jihad in the way of Allah! Jihad in the way of Allah! (Muslim 20:4645)

And how does this sound? From the Hadith: Fight everyone in the way of Allah and kill those who disbelieve in Allah. (Ibn Ishaq/Hisham 992)

Do you wonder why the Jews are frequent targets of jihadists? Here's a clue from the Hadith: Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established until you fight against the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. "O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, come and kill him." (Bukhari 52:177)

And here's one from the Quran: O you who believe! Do not take the Jews and the Christians for friends; they are friends of each other; and whoever among you takes them for a friend, then surely he is one of them; surely Allah does not guide the unjust people. (Sura 5:51)

Concerning tolerance of other faiths, the Quran says this: And whoever desires a religion other than Islam, it shall not be accepted from him, and in the hereafter he shall be one of the losers. (Sura 3:85)

Those are just some of the many Islamic scriptures that motivate terror groups such as ISIS to wage war against the world and commit atrocities such as beheadings, child rapes and mass murder. The recent murders committed in Paris and San Bernardino weren't committed by "extremists" who perverted Islam. They were committed by fundamentalists who were being obedient to what Islam teaches and has taught since the 7th century.

Killing off ISIS isn't going to eliminate terrorism from the world. Islamic fundamentalism is like a deadly cancer that keeps metastasizing. You can eliminate it from one part of the body, but it resurfaces elsewhere. As long as Islam exists, terrorism will keep manifesting. The only solution is to eliminate it completely.

And that won't happen in the west because the west is paralyzed by cowardice and political correctness. It's always easier to blame Islamic terrorism on climate change or on American imperialism or on something the Catholic Church did many centuries ago. But it's extremely hard--if not impossible--for some folks to place the blame where it belongs. And that's on Islam itself.

Before you can find the cure, you have to know the cause. But if you can't recognize the cause, then you might as well write your epitaph. Because you're finished.

The Religion of Peace?

Imam Azam Akram of Chicago's Al-Sadiq Mosque wants to educate those who believe that his religion teaches anything but peace, brotherhood and tranquility.

At a recent forum (Dispelling Myths about Islam) that was held at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn Il., he said this: We condemn any act of violence and any act of terrorism. And I as an Imam condemn these recent attacks in Paris and in Beirut and in Nigeria and all over the world that are supposedly done in the name of name of Islam that are absolutely wrong.

Dr. Kaleem Malik of Burr Ridge Il., who's affiliated with Ahmadiyya, an Islamic sect that follows the teachings of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (1835–1908), said this at the forum: It would be wonderful for the West to rise and say, 'We've read a little about Islam, and your teachings don't say that.' 

Unfortunately for Dr. Malik, Islam does "say that," meaning that his religion implores its followers to go out and conquer the world by the sword. Certainly, you can find scriptures in the Quran that encourage Muslims to spread Islam peacefully. But those scriptures are usually found in the early Medinan scriptures. When Muhammad later moved to Mecca, he recorded his famous war verses that have been used by jihadists for centuries to foment terror all over the world. 

Imam Akram and Dr. Malik are certainly familiar with those 164 war verses that are contained in the Meccan verses of the Quran. And they probably don't teach them to their followers. Like millions of Muslims worldwide, they likely encourage their followers to live peacefully with members of other faiths.

But it's irrelevant whether they believe in peace or not because their holy book encourages Muslims to commit violence against those who resist their founding prophet. And that's something that Imam Akram and Dr. Malik can't deny.

For example: Therefore let those fight in the way of Allah, who sell this world's life for the hereafter; and whoever fights in the way of Allah, then be he slain or be he victorious, We shall grant him a mighty reward. (Sura 4:74) 

Here's another war verse: Those who believe fight in the way of Allah, and those who disbelieve fight in the way of the Satan. Fight therefore against the friends of the Satan. (Sura 4:76)

And another: Fight with them until there is no more persecution and religion should be only for Allah. (Sura 8:39) And still another: Fight those who do not believe in Allah, nor follow the religion of truth, out of those who have been given the Book, until they pay the tax in acknowledgment of superiority and they are in a state of subjection. (Sura 9:29)

Finally, there's this one: Fight and slay the unbelievers wherever you find them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem of war. But if they repent, and establish regular prayers and practice regular charity, then open the way for them. (Sura 9:5)

We could go on and on. Islam isn't a religion of peace. Nor has it ever been. It's a violent religion that's littered the world with millions of corpses since its inception in the 7th century A.D. To claim otherwise, or to attribute its violent theology to a small group of radicals who follow a perverted form of that religion is the worst kind of dishonesty.

There will never be peace as long as Islam exists. And Islam can't be reformed as Christianity was about 500 years ago. Christianity became corrupt when the church--specifically the Catholic Church--strayed far from the Bible to follow the teachings and traditions of men. The Protestant Reformation, launched by Martin Luther in the 16th century, helped bring the church back to the Bible as God's sole authority for the church.

Though leftists love to find moral equivalence in Islamic terrorism and Christianity concerning the historic atrocities committed by the church (Crusades, Inquisitions etc.), those atrocities were committed in opposition to what Jesus Christ taught. That's what necessitated the Reformation.

When Christ sent His followers in to the world to preach the Gospel, he told them this: "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." (Matthew 28:18-20) 

Christ never commanded them to use violence as a means to spread the Gospel. In fact, He warned: "For all who live by the sword will die by the sword." (Matthew 26:52)

In order for Islam to be reformed, several verses would have to be erased from the Quran. Muslims would consider that sacrilege of the worst sort. Muslims--and sadly, even many professing Christians--believe that the Quran was revealed directly to Muhammad by God. Therefore, the Quran cannot be changed and Islam cannot be reformed.

Thus, as long as Islam exists, there will never be peace. The sooner the world wakes up from its politically correct coma and realizes that, the better. It may be true that only hardcore fundamentalists commit jihad in the name of their religion.

However, as long as Islam exists, hardcore fundamentalists will continue to exist and commit violence wherever they exist. That's reality.

Politically Incorrect Motives

Mohammod Youssuf Abdulazeez (Insert)

After a self-styled mujahid named Mohammod Youssuf Abdulazeez attacked two military recruiting centers in Chattanooga, Tennessee, that resulted in the deaths of four Marines and a Navy petty officer, America's clueless lame-stream media went searching for a "motive."

America's gumshoe media were determined to discover why Abdulazeez went on a shooting rampage. Poverty's one of their favorite theories because many of America's urban terrorists--violent inner-city gangbangers--are often unemployed. And so, according to the timeworn leftist theory, those who resort to violence do so because they're angry at being jobless and poor.

But that narrative didn't fit Abdulazeez. He came from a well-to-do family that lives in the Colonial Shores subdivision of Hixon, an affluent suburb of Chattanooga. The Abdulazeez home may not be a mansion, but it's more than modest. In fact, it's way beyond modest.

Thus, the poverty motive doesn't fit Abdulazeez. Then what was his motive? His motive was Islam. He was motivated by his religion to kill those he deemed infidels. He was loyal to his religion and its prophet until the end when police sharpshooters finally blew him away before he could kill more infidels.

When the evidence is overwhelming that mujahids such as Abdulazeez commit violence in the name of Islam, the media resorts to damage control by labeling such folks as "lone-wolves" and "radicals" who defame the peaceful name of Islam. But anyone who understands Islam--and the majority of the western media doesn't--realizes that Islam isn't and has never been a religion of peace. And it never will be. It's a religion that's historically been spread through violence.

That's not something that western political elites such as David Cameron, Barack Obama and his buffoonish Secretary of State John Kerry like to acknowledge. More likely, they--like their clueless media brethren--simply know very little about Islam.

But Islam isn't difficult to learn. All you have to do is pick up a Koran or a copy of the Hadith and read them. And if you take the time to study Islam, you'll find that it's a religion that motivates people such as Abdulazeez to do what they do.

Here are some examples: "And kill them wherever you find them, and turn them out from where they have turned you out. And Al-Fitnah [disbelief or unrest] is worse than killing...but if they desist, then lo! Allah is forgiving and merciful. And fight them until there is no more Fitnah [disbelief and worshiping of others along with Allah] and worship is for Allah alone." Quran (2:191-193) 

"Then fight in the cause of Allah, and know that Allah Heareth and knoweth all things." Quran (2:244) "Soon shall We cast terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers, for that they joined companions with Allah, for which He had sent no authority". Quran (3:151)  "Let those fight in the way of Allah who sell the life of this world for the other. Whoso fighteth in the way of Allah, be he slain or be he victorious, on him We shall bestow a vast reward." Quran (4:74) 

"The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His messenger and strive to make mischief in the land is only this, that they should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off on opposite sides or they should be imprisoned; this shall be as a disgrace for them in this world, and in the hereafter they shall have a grievous chastisement." Quran (5:33) 

"I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them." Quran (8:12)

And here are examples from the Hadith (Sayings of Muhammad): Allah's Apostle said, "I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshiped but Allah'.  And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally." Bukhari(8:387)  "The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: 'One who died but did not fight in the way of Allah nor did he express any desire (or determination) for Jihad died the death of a hypocrite.'" Muslim (20:4696)  

"The person who participates in (Holy Battles) in Allah’s cause and nothing compels him do so except belief in Allah and His Apostle, will be recompensed by Allah either with a reward, or booty (if he survives) or will be admitted to Paradise ( if he is killed)." Bukhari (1:35) 

Those are just some of the scriptures that motivated Abdulazeez to do what he did. Those aren't the scriptures of a peaceful religion, and anyone who claims that Islam's a peaceful religion is either lying or ignorant of that religion.

Abdulazeez wasn't a "radicalized" Muslim. He was a fundamentalist. Thankfully, the majority of the world's Muslims are cultural Muslims rather than fundamental Muslims. However, as long as Islam exists, there will be fundamentalists. And that will mean trouble. Big time.

After the recent terror attacks in France that took the lives of 17 people, Islam's apologists inevitably came out and went into damage control.

We were told yet again that the attacks at the Charlie Hebdo offices and at a kosher supermarket in Paris were committed by "radicals" or "takfiris" who have perverted Islam and besmirched its honorable name. 

According to the apologists, these radicals are synonymous with members of the Ku Klux Klan who identify themselves as Christians and promote violence against blacks and Jews in the name of Jesus Christ.

That was the reasoning used by basketball legend Kareem Abdul Jabbar in a recent article he wrote for Time Magazine. President Barack Obama stuck with his usual excuse that those who commit violence in the name of Islam are just a few isolated nuts and radicals. If they are, then they do have a way of getting around.

The radical line has been used over and over again by western pundits--even by some high profile conservatives such as Ben Shapiro--who actually believe that the western world has the resources and resolve to defeat "radical" Islam.

What exactly is radical Islam? Has anyone ever heard the term radical Christianity? Radical Islam is a politically correct term invented by cowards and pansies who are either ignorant of Islam's violent theology or are too afraid to acknowledge it for fear of being persecuted.

There is no such thing as radical Islam. Those who commit mayhem and murder in the name of Islam and Allah are fundamentalists, not radicals.

Radicals are rebels and revolutionaries who follow fascist ideologies in order to impose totalitarian systems of government ruled by despots. And while that indeed sounds like Islam, it isn't because Islam--while totalitarian in nature--promotes violence against unbelievers via the Koran.

Here's how Jabbar attempts to separate Islam from the jihadists who commit violence in Allah's name: Knowing that these terrorist attacks are not about religion, we have to reach a point where we stop bringing Islam into these discussions. I know we aren’t there yet because much of the Western population doesn’t understand the Islamic religion. All they see are brutal beheadings, kidnappings of young girls, bloody massacres of children at schools, and these random shootings. Naturally, they are frightened when they hear the word Muslim or see someone in traditional Muslim clothing. Despite any charitable impulses, they also have to be thinking, “Better safe than sorry”—as they hurry in the opposite direction.

Jabbar is counting on the ignorance of westerners to believe him when he claims that Islam is really a religion of peace. But it isn't. Although the majority of Koranic verses are nonviolent, there are over 100 that are. And those are the verses that encourage Muslims to commit murder and mayhem against those who reject Islam.

Here are some examples: Quran (61:4) - "Surely Allah loves those who fight in His way." 

Quran (47:3-4) - "Those who disbelieve follow falsehood, while those who believe follow the truth from their Lord... So, when you meet (in fight Jihad in Allah's Cause), those who disbelieve smite at their necks till when you have killed and wounded many of them, then bind a bond firmly (on them, i.e. take them as captives)... If it had been Allah's Will, He Himself could certainly have punished them (without you). But (He lets you fight), in order to test you, some with others. But those who are killed in the Way of Allah, He will never let their deeds be lost."  

Quran (33:60-62) - "If the hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease, and the alarmists in the city do not cease, We verily shall urge thee on against them, then they will be your neighbors in it but a little while.  Accursed, they will be seized wherever found and slain with a (fierce) slaughter." 

Those verses are contained in the Koran. That's the book that Jabbar follows. And while he and millions of Muslims across the world surely don't embrace those verses, they're there. And no one can deny that.

And I have a message for those imbeciles who invariably send me emails that condemn Christianity by using the Crusades and Inquisitions as the moral equivalence of Islamic terrorism: Read the Bible's New Testament and see if you can find even a single verse where Christ or His apostles encouraged Christians to use violence to spread Christianity. You won't find any.

Therefore, the Crusades, Inquisitions and the atrocities committed by the Klan were done in opposition to what Christ taught. Christ said this: "For all who draw the sword will die by the sword." (Matthew 26:52)

And He said this: "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God." (Matthew 5:9) 

Islam's dreamweavers can spin their religion as a peaceful faith all they want. But it isn't. And unless those war verses are erased from the Koran, it never will be.
